As part of our work involves visiting customer sites, to protect our staff and your staff, we have taken the decision for the moment to only visit sites when absolutely necessary. We will use our remote access software as our primary support tool.

The reasoning behind this is that human interface devices such as keyboards, mice and touch screens are excellent transmission surfaces and these are the items our technicians are most likely to be touching when working on your desktop systems. Technicians will use their own keyboard and mouse where possible and these items will be cleansed between use to prevent transfer to another site or user.
