Even superheroes need a little downtime to recharge, but fear not – we’re still here, our automated systems will be keeping a watchful eye on your IT during the festive season! Here’s our mission plan:

🕒 Christmas Eve (24th Dec): Wrapping up early at midday – time to hang up our capes!
❌ Christmas Day (25th Dec) & Boxing Day (26th Dec): HQ is closed – heroes need time to recharge too!
👨‍💻 27th & 30th Dec: Closed. Automated systems will be keeping an eye on things and taking action when necessary. Phones will not be answered, but our system will transcribe voicemails and create a service ticket.
🕒 New Year’s Eve (31st Dec): Closed to prepare to party!!
❌ New Year’s Day (1st Jan): Closed for a quick recharge.
