Even superheroes need a little downtime to recharge, but fear not – we’re still here, our automated systems will be keeping a watchful eye on your IT during the festive season!
While we are closed our automated systems will be keeping an eye on things and taking action when necessary.
Please note, phones will not be answered by us when we are closed, but instead our AI receptionist will transcribe voicemails and create a service ticket.

Here’s our mission plan:

🕒 Christmas Eve (24th Dec): Wrapping up early at midday – time to hang up our capes!
❌ Christmas Day (25th Dec) & Boxing Day (26th Dec): HQ is closed – heroes need time to recharge too!
👨‍💻 29th to 30th Dec: Closed.
🕒 New Year’s Eve (31st Dec): Closed to prepare to party!!
❌ New Year’s Day (1st Jan): Closed for a quick recharge.
❌ 2nd Jan): That was some party, we’re working from home!.
